By assisting in the creation of a brand for 188 Inverness Drive West, an 8-story office building in Inverness Park, I contributed to increasing the occupancy by 70,000 SF using a cohesive marketing plan. This included designing a new logo, a website, presentation boards, brochures and numerous eblasts.

Potential tenants can find out pertinent information about the building, as well as download the brochure and floorplans. This simple website is based on the design I created for the building.

Email Campaigns for 188
As part of the marketing campaign for 188 Inverness Drive West, I scheduled the email campaigns. The emails went out bi-weekly, sometimes weekly, with a different theme each time. I collaborated heavily with one of the RISE brokers to make sure that we were broadcasting the unique aspects of the building.
