50 Fifty

50 FIFTY DTC is a new, elegant and sophisticated 12-story office building in the Denver Tech Center currently under construction. While at RISE, I worked on various aspects to market this building, including; an eight page brochure, numerous eblasts, and large presentation boards. The goal was to keep the look and feel of the materials consistent.

Each page of the brochure at left and below focuses on the unique selling points of the building—Architecture, Daylight, the Views, Amenities, Energy Efficiency and Location.





50 Fifty Email Campaigns


As part of the marketing campaign for 50 FIFTY, I scheduled the email campaigns. The emails went out bi-weekly, sometimes weekly, with a different theme each time. I collaborated heavily with one of the RISE brokers to make sure that we were broadcasting the unique aspects of the building.
